Cybozu Inc., a Japanese enterprise software provider, will pay a special allowance to employees around the world to help them cope with sustained inflation.

Rapid price increases in countries where Cybozu operates, including Japan, the United States and Australia, have been severe enough to make annual wage increases insufficient, the company said Wednesday. Employees will receive a special lump sum payment, which will range from ¥60,000 to ¥150,000 in Japan and adjusted for locality elsewhere.
