The Central Council for Secondary Education (CBSE) will organize the English exam (Lang. & Lit.) on December 11, 2021. This will be the last exam for core subjects. Students should note that the exam will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., i.e. 90 minutes. This time, each candidate will have a reading time of 20 minutes instead of 15 minutes.
However, with less than two days of the exam, the students are now preparing. CBSE has already posted the sample Class 10 English document on its university website – cbseacademic.nic.in. To download the same, take a look at the following steps.
Step 1- Go to the CBSE academic website at cbseacademic.nic.in
2nd step- Now hover over the “Sample Question Paper” menu and select “SQP 2021-2022”
Step 3- Click on ‘Class X’ and find the option ‘English (Language & Literature)’
Step 4- After that, click on the “SQP” button to download the sample questionnaire.

In addition to the sample document published by the Council, students can also consult other practical documents and MCQ questions made available by educators and coaching institutes. While sample work is helpful in improving its preparation, it’s also important to take a final look at the program. This will help ensure that the student has not missed anything from the program. The revised curriculum is available on the academic website of CBSE – cbseacademic.nic.in. From the literature section, the required chapters for “First Flight” are A Letter to God, Nelson Mandela, Two Stories about Flying, From the Diary of Anne Frank, The Hundred Dresses 1 and The Hundred Dresses 2. Of poems, students will have need Dust of Snow, Fire and Ice, A Tiger in the Zoo and The Ball Poem. There will be three chapters of Footprints without Feet. They are A Triumph of Surgery, The Thief’s Tale and Footprints Without Feet.
